Repeat prescriptions

You can order your repeat prescription via My GP/ Patient Access app or if you are unable to do this you can call into the surgery and fill out a repeat prescription request form.

For vulnerable/ elderly patients we can take repeat prescription request via telephone by calling reception.

Please note: Repeat Prescription requests can take up to 48 hours to be signed.

If you require your repeat prescription early if you are going on holiday please specify this when you request your prescription so we can inform the GP.
