Patient Access is an online service that allows patients to perform certain tasks online.

Book an appointment
You can book a pre-bookable appointment with a GP or Practice Nurse through the website. 

This service also allows you to review and cancel appointments that you have booked at the practice. 
 
Repeat prescriptions
Patients who receive regular prescriptions from the practice can request a repeat prescription from the practice by logging onto the website with their original user name and password and selecting the medication that are due. The Doctor then either accepts or declines the request and the patient is notified.

Registering for Patient Access 
In order to register, firstly go to reception with your identification documents:

• Your identity (e.g. a passport)
• Your address (e.g. a utility bill)

 You will then be  provided you with a user name and password. Go to the website www.patient-access.co.uk. Here you can set up your account and use the above services.
