On the day appointments 

For appointments on the day please call the surgery at 8am to make a booking.

Prebookable appointments

You can pre book appointments by calling reception or alternatively you can pre book available appointments online via patient access/ My GP/ NHS app.

Book appointments online

If you want to avoid the phone queue you can use our online consultation system called PATCHS which is available via our website home page. This enables you to complete one of several different questionnaires appropriate to your symptoms or condition.

Using PATCHS is simple to use and contains extensive self-help and signposting resources.
