If your results are normal we will not contact you, however the result will be recorded in your records.
Please telephone between 13.00 - 15.00 for results.
Please note reception staff can only give you your normal results over the telephone.
You may ring the Surgery to ask the Doctor for advice.
Please do this after 09.00am and please be prepared to be free for the doctor to contact you. Most times the Doctors will endeavour to call you within the hour. However, please do try to keep your phone free throughout the day as we can not give a specific time.
If you require a Doctor urgently and surgery is closed, please ring 111 the Out of Hours service. Where you will discuss your symptoms with a trained advisor. The advisor will be able to provide the appropriate advice or direct you to the appropriate out of hour services following an assessment.
